Liability Release Statement

Welcome to Bram Fam Entertainment!

Before participating in our inflatable activities, please be aware of the following important information:

By engaging in any of our inflatable activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1 Assumption of Risk: Participation in inflatable activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of personal injury, property ​damage, and even death. By participating, you fully understand and voluntarily accept these risks.

2 Release of Liability: You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Bram Fam Entertainment, its owners, agents, employees, ​and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, ​damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or any participant, or to any property belonging to you or any participant, ​whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, while participating in such activity or while in, on, or upon the premises ​where the activity is being conducted.

3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bram Fam Entertainment from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court ​costs and attorney's fees, that may incur due to your participation or your minor child's participation in said activities, whether caused by ​negligence of releasees or otherwise.

4 Medical Consent: In the event of an emergency, you authorize Bram Fam Entertainment to secure from any licensed hospital, physician, ​and/or medical personnel any treatment deemed necessary for immediate care and agree that you will be responsible for payment of any and ​all medical services rendered.

5 Governing Law: This release and waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama.

By participating in our activities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this liability release statement. If you are a parent ​or guardian of a minor participant, you are also agreeing on their behalf.
